Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 30 Days hassle-free return policy
To be eligible for a return, your box must be unaltered in anyway, just wrap it in a mailer or another box to return. Do not tape or damage original box.
For Livegrounded Sheets, that are opened and used, you must have used them for the whole 30 day trial to be eligible for a return, that is because grounding is not an overnight fix for anything, these will only be effective once used for the proper amount of time. Grounding sheets not used for 30 days but wish be returned prior will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-Day Trial: We offer a unique 30-day trial period for our LiveGrounded Earthing Sheets. If you are not completely satisfied with the benefits and comfort of your sheets, you have the option to return them within 30 days of purchase.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy: For all other products, we provide a standard 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a warehouse mistake or a defect in the product, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label in these cases.
How to Return Your Product: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at support@livegrounded.co with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Send the product back to us using the provided instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
